Terms & Conditions – Aumbram

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aumbram, the mobile application and related services operated by Aumbrahm Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By using our App or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

“User” – any individual using the Aumbram app or site.
“Vendor” – any registered business selling through Aumbram.
“Platform” – the Aumbram ecosystem (app + backend + services).

3. Eligibility

Users and vendors must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts.

4. Account & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify Aumbram immediately in case of unauthorized access.

5. Vendor Services

Vendors may:

• Create and manage product listings.
• Use Aumbram Growth Hub tools for marketing and analytics.
• Receive payments via integrated gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

• Applicable e-commerce and tax laws.
• Product authenticity and quality standards.
• Platform commission and payout policies.

6. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party gateways; Aumbram does not store card details.

7. Content & Community Guidelines

Users and vendors must not post or share illegal, abusive, or misleading content; infringe on intellectual property; or use the platform for spam or scams. Aumbram reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, and materials on Aumbram are owned or licensed by Aumbrahm Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aumbram provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the commission from the disputed transaction.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there’s a violation of these Terms or unlawful activity is detected.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Odisha courts.
